Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-21
1. Definitions
"Service" means Agent Disco, the public website at
agentdisco.io and its associated API that scans public URLs
and grades them for AI-agent discoverability.
"Provider", "we", "us", and "our" mean Starsol Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06002018) with its registered office at Unit D10 Upper Lounge, Pinetrees Road, Norwich, England, NR7 9BB.
"You" means the natural or legal person using the Service, including anonymous visitors.
2. Use of the Service
The Service scans publicly-accessible URLs you submit. By submitting a URL you warrant that:
- The URL points to content that is public and lawfully accessible.
- You are authorised to request a scan of that host — either because you operate it yourself or because the host has no contractual or technical restriction on benign third-party probing.
- You will not use the Service to perform denial-of-service attacks, vulnerability scanning, or any form of unauthorised access.
The Service fetches only publicly-documented URIs (`/robots.txt`, `/llms.txt`,
/.well-known/* manifests, docs pages, etc.) with a clearly-identified
User-Agent string, respects robots.txt, and is subject to host-
politeness rate limits.
3. Rate Limits & Fair Use
Anonymous scans are capped at 10 per rolling 24-hour window per client IP address. This limit exists to keep the Service available and to prevent abuse; it is not a warranty of capacity and may be revised at any time. Higher limits will be available through authenticated API keys in a future release.
4. Grade Disclaimer
The grade, score, and findings the Service produces are informational only. They are not a certification, an endorsement, a security audit, or a guarantee of future behaviour by the scanned site. They reflect the state of conventional agent-discoverability signals at the time of the scan and nothing more. Decisions made by third parties on the basis of a grade are made at those parties' own risk.
5. Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Starsol Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service, including damages caused by reliance on a grade.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Service.
