Fetches the homepage and flags Cloudflare / PerimeterX / Akamai / HUMAN interstitials by header (cf-mitigated, cf-chl-*, x-px-captcha, x-akamai-session-info, x-humansec) and body fingerprint ("Just a moment…", "Checking your browser"). A match is a blocking fail: an LLM crawler hitting one sees nothing.
