Looks up TXT records on the domain for SPF (v=spf1), DMARC (_dmarc.<host>), and DKIM at the four most common selector names (default, google, s1, selector1). DKIM presence is a best-effort "selector resolves to something" — we can't introspect real mail headers without a sample email.
