Searches GitHub for repositories whose name or topic matches the target host. Extra note in evidence when the repo carries an agent-relevant topic (mcp-server, ai-agents, llm-tools). Authenticates with GITHUB_API_TOKEN when set; falls back to the unauthenticated 60/hr limit otherwise.
